With an energetic and enthusiastic attitude, Grantley Steers the operation as General Manager.   Having previously worked with Meales in Queensland, Grantley moved back to his home town of Darwin when he purchased an existing locally based business “Specialized Concrete Pumping”.  Working with the Meales Group, Grantley provided a professional and comprehensive concrete pumping outfit that serviced the City of Darwin as well as remote projects throughout the Northern Territory and Kimberly region of WA. He now brings that expertise on a national scale to ensure our clients are provided with a professional and well managed outfit.

With over 40 years of industry experience, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our High Rise Division.  Paul’s in-depth understanding of engineering, design and construction allows him to work closely with major contractors in formulating and determining innovative and practical solutions for complex project needs.  As National High Rise Manager, Paul oversees the operational activities of Specialised Concrete Pumping across Australia.

Chris has been in the concrete pumping industry for well over 10 years.  During this time, he has gained invaluable experience in all aspects of concrete pumping and a solid knowledge and understanding of operational activities.  Chris maintains a strong passion for the industry and pride for our equipment.  As Area Manager of our busy Brisbane yard, Chris is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of our pumps, operators, customers and jobs and is always available to discuss customers’ queries or concerns.

Jasons career in the concrete pumping industry spans more than 23 years and his experience covers all aspects of the pumping process from mobiles, placing booms, skid pumps and telebelts.  Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Sunshine Coast Region. 

Dave is a long-time resident of the Wide Bay area and previous owner of a local concrete pumping business.  As Area Manager of the HerveyBay/Bundaberg operations since its beginning in 2005, Dave has great knowledge and experience of the local market and the many builders that frequent this area.

Phil has worked within the Gladstone region for many years running the busy schedule of operations and Bookings. Phil now brings his expertise to the Gladstone and Mackay regions ensureing successful operation in both locations being paramount.

Drawing from his 22 years of experience in all aspects of concrete pumping, Gordon has aptly established and managed our operation in the Melbourne region.  He has successfully built a reputation of providing quality concrete pumping services with a ‘can do’ attitude.

In 2013, the Meales Group joined with AllPumps WA Pty Ltd, a company operated by Niall Duggan and Chris Rakich, to form Meales WA Concrete Pumping.  Niall comes to Meales WA with many years’ experience in the WA concrete pumping market, both in operational and management positions.  In conjunction with Chris, he heads our rapidly expanding Western Australian operation, which services major project work in both the resource sector and the general construction market.

As a long-time local of Port Moresby and owner of an existing PNG business, Haginia Hire, Graeme has taken on management of our PNG operation.  He has been servicing the pumping requirements of local contractors’ with his fleet of line pumps for the last 10 years and our presence now adds mobile boom pumps to the arena.  With the support of additional equipment and knowledge from our Australian operation, Graeme is able to offer the complete package to local contractors in this challenging region.
